Honoured for their service

Posted in News

A number of people associated with the Uniting Church and our agencies have been recognised in the Australia Day 2020 Honours List. In South Australia we are aware of at least four people from our communities who received honours.

God has blessed us with their service and we convey heartfelt thanks for their part in our section  of the body of Christ.

A special thank you to Geoffrey Grinton who has been the Business Manager at every UC Assembly meeting since 2003. Geoffrey received a Medal of the Order of Australia in the General Division.

The full list of Australians who have received honours is available on the Governor General's website. The full honours list of UCA-associated people from across Australia is available on the UCA Assembly’s website here. For any additions or corrections please email Turn on Javascript!.

Is there a Branches Uniting Church on the Yorke Peninsula?
Roger use to live at Moonta and was along serving local preacher there. I think he attends Branches UC now.
