Prayer Points

We pray:

  • For the comfort for families who have lost loved ones in conflict, that they may find peace and solace
  • For healing from prejudices and biases, we ask God to reveal and remove anything in our hearts that hinders us from seeing others with compassion and fairness
  • For the beauty of diversity in our world, that we embrace the richness of different cultures, beliefs, and perspectives.

Uniting Conversations

Dealing with death, especially our own inevitable death can be psychologically and spiritually challenging. Perhaps, however, the more important issue is that the less we do in preparing for our own death the harder we make it for those who will be caring for us, grieving our death and planning our funeral arrangements. The purpose of this Conversation will be to enable us all to be better informed about Palliative Care, Voluntary Assisted Dying and Advance Care Directives. Sunday, 17th November from 7.00 - 9.00 pm at Seacliff Uniting Church. More information is available at this link: https://shorturl.at/DNNXd
