Guided meditation is held on the first Saturday morning of each month from 10 to 10:45 am in the tranquil environment of the refurbished Chapel at Marion Uniting Church.
Meditation in the Christian tradition leads us into encountering the presence of God in a time of silence and prayerful contemplation. Each session is guided and includes reflecting on a passage of scripture and/or inspired Christian writings and silent prayer. The meditation session is followed by a cuppa and time for fellowship.
