Corner Kids Performing Arts proudly presents
The little Voice of the Sheep.
A Christmas musical for the whole family.
Special guest appearance by kids from Goodstart Childcare Centre.
Followed by morning tea.
Aaron the young shepherd, is busy looking after a flock of distracted and smelly sheep. His sister Leora, thinks being outside with the sheep is much more exciting than working in the kitchen with Eemah (Hebrew term for mother). Yenta their younger cousin, likes spending time with the lambs and is surprised to hear the sheep talking when she sits quietly.
Yenta must help Aaron to hear the important message from the little voices of the sheep. Aaron doesn’t know how he is going to explain the message to the older shepherds, to follow the star to Bethlehem.
“Little Voice of the Sheep” is a story about the importance of listening, especially to those with small voices, to understand unconditional love and peace. God cares for each of us and doesn’t give up on those who might get distracted or even lost in everyday life.
We don’t have to fully understand, to believe in the hope of the Christmas message.
