To celebrate Illumina Voices' 10th anniversary, a very talented group will be singing an engaging variety of songs that celebrate Illumina Voices' desire to dream big for the world and for ourselves. A very important aspect of this dreaming is rejoicing in the freedoms won by courageous people of the past, celebrating the freedom we live in, and giving ourselves permission to dream BIG, not just for ourselves but our children's future.
The program acknowledges our spiritual relationship to all things and celebrates our unique freedom to express this. Genres include World Music, Afro-American Spirituals, Folk, Contemporary Australian and Popular repertoire.
The Illumina Voices choir is thrilled to have two wonderful guest artists - the talented Sam Howes on violin and the very accomplished Katie Howes on harp.
