Have you ever been hurt by the words of someone else? Do you ever find it tricky to say what is true for you? Are you tired of being misunderstood?
This workshop will cover an overview of the work of nonviolent communication - how we can connect with empathy and communicate what is most important to us in a way that will be received. Learn skills that will help address conflict resolution, anxiety and depression, and help you learn how to say what you mean and mean what you say.
