The Spire Community, a collaboration between Uniting Communities and Clayton Wesley Uniting Church, will again be hosting an Etsy market on its site. Well more than 2,000 visitors will not only get to see the very best of local handmade and artisan products, but also get to experience the activities, programs, services and life that is the Spire Community.
Hope’s Café will be open for coffee, tea and cake, allowing the wider community to experience its ‘Pay what you can afford’ payment model.
Goodies op shop, which funds Spire Community, will be open selling pre-loved clothing.
Visitors will get to rest a while in the Low Income Support Programs beautiful Community Garden.
At the heart of the community, Clayton Hall will be central to all fun and activities including Persian Dancing, Karate, Kurdish Dancing and music from Afghanistan.
Also, Hoi Polloi will give market goers an opportunity to be part of a ‘pop up choir’ creating a magical musical experience with a crowd of Christmas shoppers who have never sung together before.... in just 30 minutes.
