About FACE update

Last week, About FACE Coordinator Jill Cooper-Ruzbacky announced that a decision had been made to defer the mid-year About FACE (Faith And Cultural Exchange) program. This decision was made in consultation with all the program partners – the Uniting Church Assembly, the Uniting Aboriginal and Islander Christian Congress (UAICC/Congress), the Synod of Vic/Tas (the lead Synod for the 2017 program), and the applicants who had already applied for the program.

The new program will be held from 3-20 January 2018. Applications for the January program have been opened, and the About FACE website has been updated to include all of the new dates, forms, deadlines and information.
