The head of our church is the Lord Jesus Christ, the incarnate and risen Son of God, who is the founder and foundation of our faith. We aim to be always focused on discerning and doing the will of God, and therefore we are willing to try new things and to step out in faith when the Holy Spirit leads us.
Bible - centered teaching: We receive the Bible as God's inspired Word which speaks to us with authority. We aim to teach God's Word with integrity so that seekers discover the living Christ and believers mature in their faith and relationship with God.
Active Prayer: We believe that prayer is a central aspect of a living relationship with God. Believing that God hears and answers prayer, the ministries and activities of this Church will be characterised by the priority of prayer in their conception, planning and execution.
Authentic Worship: We celebrate and declare God's love for us in corporate worship which aims to be well prepared, well led and relevant to people's life and faith.
Developing People: We encourage people to discover, develop and deploy their God-given gifts.
A Warm and Caring Community: We aim to be a community in which both members and newcomers find a warm welcome and genuine care. One important way in which this is expressed is through our network of small groups which enable people to build deeper relationships with each other by sharing, praying, learning and loving together.
Sharing Good News: We are called to communicate the good news of Jesus Christ to other people and to enable them to enter into a relationship with God. To this end we offer various programs, ministries and practical service through which we connect with the current needs and lifestyles of the wider community.
Fellowship & Prayer
Adult Fellowship: A great time of fellowship with guest speakers and various forms of entertainment, together with devotions. 1:30pm, 2nd Wednesday of each month.
Creative Connection (Craft Group). 9:30 to 11:30 every Thursday morning during school terms.This is a weekly craft group happening each Thursday morning during school terms. A variety of craft is available and no experience is necessary! Creche facilities and morning tea provided.
Growing in Grace Group (Women's group) Every Tuesday at 12:30pm, various locations.
Home Aloners (for men ). First Tuesday of the month, 10:30am then lunch.
Home Groups - We have a large number of fellowship groups and Bible studies; Some groups meet regularly, others occasionally, They vary in focus, some are Bible study based and others are more social, but each is intended to help us to learn more about Jesus and care and support one another.
TIGers Intercession prayer meeting. Every Tuesday morning, 9:30am in the chapel.
Youth & Children
Our vision is "To provide an opportunity and environment where all Children and Youth can grow into a deep personal relationship with God, and serve others as modeled by Jesus"
Our programs cater for pre-school children through to teenagers
Sunday mornings - Sunday School and DUDES - during church time.
Connect: Craft, fellowship, fun and tea for families. 3:30 to 6:30 pm on 3rd Sunday of each month.
Mainly Music- Playgroup style program for pre-schoolers and parents. 10.00am every Friday during school terms.
