Who we are

UnitingCare Kapunda is a non-profit, charitable community organisation.
UnitingCare Kapunda is an agency of Kapunda Uniting Church and a member of the UnitingCare SA network.
Established in 2008, UnitingCare Kapunda seeks to assist people in need to access support and connect with the community.

Values and philosophy

In response to the gifts we have received from God we are called share Christ’s love in the community.
We are grounded in the values and ethos of the Uniting Church.
We believe in the dignity of
people, especially those who are most vulnerable.

UnitingCare Kapunda services

Emergency food assistance

We provide temporary material relief in the form of food and donated goods to people in crisis, who are residents of Kapunda and surrounding districts.

Referrals

People in crisis often have complex needs and may not know where to start. Our service can assist people to reach out and receive help from numerous services across the
Mid-North.

Support our work

Volunteer: We are currently recruiting volunteers to help us increase our service capacity.

Donate: Donate directly to us or donate to the state-wide UnitingCare Emergency Relief Appeal online: sa.uca.org.au/foodhelp. Online donations to the Appeal over $2 are tax deductible. Please indicate ‘UnitingCare Kapunda’ when you give.
