Event details

What is belief? Is forming a belief based on context, culture, history, family or the individual experience?

Presenter: Rev. Paul Turley.

To reflect upon: Paul notes this: 'At our Interfaith Gatherings we talk a lot about what we believe and don’t believe. We talk about the beliefs and creeds of different faiths and we seek to understand something of what these faiths believe and what they mean. But what is belief? What does it mean to believe something? What do we mean when we say ‘I believe’ or ‘I don’t believe?' You are welcome to bring a friend or colleague.

5.45pm for a 6 pm start.
Meal: Sudanese + Margaret is looking forward to spending the evening with us.
Cost: $15 - $20 per person and a gold coin donation in appreciation for the use of the hall.

Please RSVP by Sunday 22nd May to help our chef with ample time to prepare or via events.humanitix.com/interfaith-may-2022 (opens in a new window).
