Participants will learn simple watercolour and pen and wash techniques suitable for creating an illustrated and annotated personal journal. Journaling with supporting images enriches the reflective practice and offers time for sustained reflection and for more deeply mindful noticing of the world around us and slow travel. A Starter Visual Art Journal, pen and watercolour brush will be yours to keep after the workshop. Paints, pencils and other materials supplied for use on the day. BYO lunch.
