SALA Festival visual artist Emiko Artemis Ph.D. is your guide in this 3hr creative mindfulness workshop where you will reflect on thanksgiving in your daily life by crafting a gratitude journal and a set of affirmation cards. In today's fast-paced world that is often critical and harsh, take time to embrace what makes you glow. Look to the past of yourself and your ancestors, then look to the present with joy and appreciation. Capture thoughts of gratitude in your own artworks and write a letter to your past and present selves.
