Our theme for the conference is "God's Mission in the Filipino Diaspora" and our main speakers include our President, Dr. Deidre Palmer, and the Bishop Coadjutor Rex Reyes, Jr. of the Diocese of Central Philippines of the Episcopal Church in the Philippines. In line with the theme, we will also be discussing a number of key topics relevant to our journey as a Filipino community in the Uniting Church.
In this regard, we would like to invite and meet as many Filipino members of the Uniting Church to this one great weekend in October and be inspired by their stories of migration to Australia and their active participation in the church as part of their journey as Filipino Christians.
