Cnr Fox Avenue and Kerley Crescent, Athelstone (adjacent to Athelstone Shopping Centre and Woolworths, Gorge Rd) Worship times: Sundays 9.30 am: All ages, (incl. Junior Church), contemporary worship with a blend of hymns and songs, Holy Communion on 2nd Sunday of the month. Sundays 6pm: Youth and Young Adult focused (yet suitable for 30+'s and adults also) - vibrant, lively and energetic, and at times reflective. About us: We are a growing, vibrant community Church of all ages in the heart of the local neighborhood from Newton to Dernancourt, Rostrevor to Campbelltown, Montacute to Morialta, Paradise to Athelstone - all over really! The key to who we are is our love of God in Jesus and friendship with each other. Our Children's ministry includes "Fridays @ 5" which is a kids program (3rd Friday of the month) and Junior Church each Sunday as part of the 9.30 service. Youth Groups meets Friday nights and Sunday afternoons fortnightly. Young Adults meet on Tuesdays fortnightly, and there are a host of Home groups. Seniors Fellowship meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the month @ 10.30am and Friendship Club on each Friday @ 10.30am. Regular Social activities of the whole church include golf mornings (women's 1st Saturday of the month, and men's last Saturday), church dinners, quiz nights, mystery bus tours, footy BBQ's and much more. Our church also has an active Wider Mission Task Group raising funds and awareness of overseas and local mission, support and needs. A.L.E.R.T is our local emergency relief service working in partnership with Adelaide East Uniting Care.
