Explore and understand the many transitions in life and look forward to the future with hope and optimism. Do you desire to thrive rather than survive in your more mature years?
Be proactive and come along to four fun sessions to find out how to enjoy life to the full!
The event will include input from Susan Johnson, a professional counsellor and facilitator.
Two hours over four weeks. Cost: $25. Refreshments provided.
