For the school holidays, Arts by the Sea is partnering with Stone Castro Theatre Company to hold a theatre sports workshop for kids aged 6-13.
International director Paulo Castro and Adelaide actor Nick Bennett will lead games and exercises for kids to boost confidence and express themselves through voice and physicality.
Parents have the option of enrolling kids in a morning or afternoon session. Times are 9.30am-12.30pm or 1-4pm.
Rev Christine Gilbert and first aid qualified church volunteers will be present so that parents may leave their kids or feel free to stay and watch. Each 3 hour workshop concludes with a mini theatre performance.
No catering provided. Refreshments may be brought from home or purchased onsite from the Friendship Café.
Places limited to 15 kids per session. Cost: $10 per child.
