Resthaven Education Sessions in partnership with the University of Adelaide has organised a series of presentations by industry professionals on topics affecting older people at the G-TRAC Centre, Resthaven campus (61 Silkes Road, Paradise – Entrance 2).

Topic: Nutrition – Food as Fuel

Time: 2.00 - 3.30 pm
A first session was held on Monday 1 May, and a session on sleep took place on Friday 26 May.
To qualify for this service, you must be 65 years of age or more, reside in the eastern metropolitan Adelaide area and have My Aged Care approval for Social Support and/or Allied Health CHSP services. (We can assist you with registration if required.)
